By creating an account, using a member service, publishing content, purchasing a membership or selecting “I agree,” you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may browse public pages but must not use member services.

SERVICE.
Effective August 26, 2026 · Operated by Shy Channel Enterprises LLCPlain-language service terms for identities, publishing, memberships, commerce, referrals, live rooms, camera tools and device permissions.
2. THE SERVICE
MY AIR ID™ is a web-based presence network operated by Shy Channel Enterprises LLC. It provides identity pages, discovery, links, publishing, messaging, communities, live rooms, camera experiences, QR tools, offers, referrals, analytics and related services. Features and limits vary by membership.
3. ACCOUNTS + ACCURACY
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in, use only accounts you control and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
4. MEMBER CONTENT
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant the platform a nonexclusive license to host, process, resize, display and distribute that content only as needed to operate features you choose. You confirm that you have permission to publish the content and that it does not violate another person’s rights.
5. COMMERCE + OUTSIDE LINKS
Sellers are responsible for descriptions, pricing, taxes, fulfillment, refunds required by law and customer support. Some purchases, bookings and payments occur through outside services. MY AIR ID™ is not the merchant, bank or fulfillment provider for an outside transaction unless a checkout specifically says otherwise.
6. MEMBERSHIPS + CANCELLATION
Paid plans renew according to the interval shown at checkout until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period unless stated otherwise. Platform membership payments are generally nonrefundable except where required by law or where the checkout states a different policy.
7. AIRPOINTS + DROP2EARN
AIRPOINTS™ are platform utility points, not cash, deposits, investments or guaranteed income. Referral rewards require the stated qualifying and verification conditions. Fraud, self-referral, manipulation, reversals or prohibited promotion may invalidate a reward.
8. DEVICE AI, CAMERA + PERMISSIONS
A website cannot silently access Apple Intelligence, Siri, Gemini or private operating-system assistant data. When you enable the device bridge, MY AIR ID™ may request microphone permission and use browser-supported speech features. Camera, microphone, location, motion and notification permissions are requested separately after a user action and can be removed in device or browser settings.
9. LIVE ROOMS + RECORDING
Follow room rules and respect other participants. Recording requires the visible consent process supplied by AIRVAULT where available. You may not secretly record, harass, impersonate, threaten, exploit minors or distribute private material without authority.
10. PROHIBITED USE
Do not use the service for fraud, malware, spam, unlawful discrimination, impersonation, intellectual-property infringement, sexual exploitation, trafficking, credible threats, unauthorized surveillance, payment manipulation or attempts to bypass security and membership controls.
11. MODERATION + ENFORCEMENT
We may restrict distribution, remove content, pause features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence and cooperate with lawful requests when reasonably necessary to protect people, the platform or legal rights. Reports do not guarantee a specific outcome.
12. AVAILABILITY + DISCLAIMERS
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, a specific amount of discovery, income, sales, audience growth or compatibility with every device. Camera and AI results may be approximate and must not be treated as professional, medical, legal or financial advice.
13. LIMITATION + RESPONSIBILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shy Channel Enterprises LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from outside services, user content, member transactions or unavailable features. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
14. PRIVACY + DATA CONTROLS
The platform processes information needed to provide selected features. Public-profile information is visible to visitors. Sensitive device permissions remain controlled by the browser or operating system. Use Privacy Controls to review publishing settings and contact us for applicable access or deletion requests.
15. CHANGES + CONTACT
Material updates will use a new effective date and, when appropriate, request renewed acceptance. Questions, safety reports and service notices may be sent to info@shychannel.com.
